Please be sure you have looked for your
questions and the appropriate answer(s) in the
StampIt's
Help section and/or the online manual and the links on the left before requesting technical support.
We realize there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to use your program. In most
cases, our FAQ section will have the answer to your question if it is not in
StampIt's online manual. And its only a couple of mouse clicks away.
That's more satisfying than filling out a form.
If the answer is not there, please fill
in all applicable fields in the form below to request technical support for StampIt with as much detail as you
believe necessary. Be sure to include your serial number (available by clicking on
"About" from the StampIt main menu.
If your problem is addressed in the
FAQ section,
your request will simply receive a reply from our auto-responder referring you to the appropriate FAQ and answer. If your
problem is not addressed in the FAQ, you will receive a reply normally within 24-36 hours, Monday through
Friday from a support technician for registered users.
